01What it does

- Matching is done in code against the live catalogue: budget, area, size, and currency. It never describes a listing that does not fit, or one that does not exist.
- Qualifies
- Budget, timeline, financing, and who decides, learned in conversation rather than a form. Browsers are never pushed.
- Scores
- A written rubric, not the model's opinion, scores every lead from 0 to 100 with the reasons attached. The visitor never sees it.
- Hands over
- Hot leads reach the team at once with the full picture; the visitor gets a clear promise of what happens next.
